Our Programs

Summer Training Programs

Sport specific, science supported, individualized training.
14 Sessions
8 Weeks
2 Times Per Week

Start Date:

Monday, June 24th
(No session July 3 & 17)

Training Days:

Mondays & Wednesdays

5:30 PM to 6:30 PM  or

6:45 PM to 7:45 PM

(One-time make-up for a missed class Fridays, 3:00 PM to 4: PM

Pricing:

$560 per athlete

*Participants capped at 6 athletes

What To Know

We Believe that you can't manage what you can't measure

Each athlete will participate in movement screening using the DorsaVi Athletic Movement Index to identify quality, stability, symmetry of movement, and identify individual performance limiters.
Each athlete will test their power on the Keiser strength equipment and force platforms to assess power and strength.
Measurements will be taken Pre and Post training block.
With this information, each group of athletes will have an individualized program based on their specific needs to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Each session will be guided by a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Specialists, and Strength and Conditioning Specialists - Dr. Jacob Nigolian and Dr. Adam Ruszkowski.
