A proud graduate of the University of La Verne, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, Justine launched her career with a single goal: to make every athlete better, faster, and stronger—preferably all at once. Whether she’s managing sprains or teaching high schoolers what “biomechanics” means, she makes it look easy.
Her resume reads like a highlight reel. Most recently, she served as an athletic trainer for the Syracuse City School District, where she was part coach, part motivator, and part magician. Before that, she worked as a chiropractic assistant, fine-tuning her skills in alignment and patient care. Back in California, she even designed and taught a high school course in Sports Medicine—because why settle for inspiring individuals when you can inspire an entire classroom?
From the West Coast to the East, Justine’s impact stretches far and wide. Some say she’s so dedicated, even the foam rollers work harder when she’s in the room. Justine Ledesma: raising the bar in athletic training, one athlete at a time.
